This Privacy Policy describes how Qurek Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Classy Pilates app.

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We store your email address to identify your account. If you enable push notifications, we store a device token solely to send you class updates. We do not collect payment information, location data, or any health data.
We use your email address to identify your account and provide access to the app. We use your push notification token only to notify you about new classes and studio updates, which you can turn off at any time in Settings.
We use the following services to operate Classy Pilates:
Google Sign-In — for account authentication. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
Supabase — for secure database and account storage. Data is stored in the EU.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for video content delivery.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and we encourage you to review them.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Push notification tokens are deleted immediately when you disable notifications.
If you are based in the UK or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@qurek.biz.
We do not use cookies or third-party tracking or analytics tools. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
